i started up firefox and i am missing my bookmarks and theres nothing to recover

i uninstalled aurora just because i wasn't really using it i was still using firefox then after the uninstall i started up firefox i got sent to the fire fox start page all the bookmarks are gone so i tried to recover it but theres no files to recover it

Did you remove personal data when you uninstalled Aurora?

If you select that then all profile folders will be removed, so you lose all your personal data unless you have a backup.

im guessing that's what happened but it never gave me an option

Maybe you can recover some data with the Recuva program.

I've done that too. When uninstalling it I told it to remove all bookmarks, etc. I went to Firefox again and the same thing happened to me. I'd guess that "Cor-el" is right.
