how do I uninstall the latest firefox update?
I just updated to the latest version of firefox 13.0.1 and the update is not working correctly. Many websites do not display all the page and I need to get rid of this latest update. I need to go back to the previous version. How do I do this? This adversely affects my ability to conduct business.

Well the instructions on installing the lower version of Flash player don't work. When attempting to install a box comes up stating the 11.2 version is not the current version and won't go any further.
Found the uninstall instructions. I'll try that.

Uninstalling the latest version of Firefox is not at all recommended as it contains serious security fixes.
However, i can try to help you out so that the websites you are having problems with display properly, and you can continue using the latest Firefox.
First, I would suggest you try reading Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should. It has some basic steps you can take to see if it will help the pages you are having difficulty with display properly.
If that doesn't work, try to reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings. It will fix alot of problems you are having with Firefox in general.
I understand your statement about the security fixes but when flash and the auto fill in for forms no longer works from what your links say I will basically loose everything and have to spend time adding back in all the add ons and extensions and so on, possibly several times to get this new version of firefox to work correctly. I don't have the time to waste doing all this. I just need to uninstall this bungled update which would be the intelligent thing to do until a good working version of firefox is made.
Please tell me how to get rid of this latest update.
Actually, by resetting Firefox you won't lose any information except for Extensions (which you'll have to re-install one at a time to make sure they don't cause problems themselves). If you are having problems with Flash, there is a known issue with Flash (not Firefox) 11.3. I would try downgrading to Flash 11.2 Install Flash 11.2. After doing that, try following the steps in the websites look wrong article. Or reset Firefox (simplest and easiest)
I upgraded from 10.* to 13.* yesterday. Since then, I can no longer bring up my gmail account in the standard view. It will only load if I go to the basic view. I have tried: clearing out my cash, setting the network.http.spdy.enabled to false, network.http.proxy.keep-alive from true to false (and back again)....I verified I had both SSL and TSL selected under Encryption....at this point...I'd kill to just go back to 10.*
Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you try a new profile by resetting Firefox?
You can always go back to your original profile via the Profile Manager.
