hello, this may be a bug in adobes flash plugin 11.3 - some other users have also reported issues with audio like total loss of audio or stuttering sound on some systems after the plugin got updated

please refer to the following forum entry on how to handle the issue or report the problem with your system details to adobe.

in the meantime you can try to remove flash 11.3 from the windows control panel/programs section & downgrade to a prior version until adobe fixes those issues.

that is fine but if you decide to use IE it tells you you have to update flash
