Whenever I try to start Firefox, a message shows saying, "We're Sorry

Firefox had a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts.

To help us diagnose and fix the problem, you can send us a crash report."

Every time I try to restart or quit, nothing works. It just won't start up at all. I tried to uninstall it and install Firefox again but it still won't start up.

I already checked all of the possible solutions on Firefox but couldn't find a solution. So it directed me to here....

It is a problem with the sskmngr.dll file

Google doesn't bring up anything with a search for this file, so you will find out yourself to which software it belongs.

Is there some way to do that?

Try to do a search in Windows and make sure to search in hidden location just in case.

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?

Malwarebytes. I just searched and it says it doesn't exist :(

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that works.
