Often when Firefox upgrades some toolbars or features of security software fail to work. Please try to ensure your Norton software is fully upgraded. You may then find it works again.

If you continue to have problems please state the full names and versions of all Norton related products that are on your computer, and exactly what software or features you are having problems with.

Norton updates their toolbar for one Firefox version at a time. When you update Firefox, you must update Norton as well.
