Hi, It been awhile i can't load www.louisvuitton.com from my firefox but i can load this from internet explorer. I suspect it's my flash player and i had it downloaded several time. FEw days ago, i have download the lastest flash player and it worked and i can load the page from this website but today when i wanted to see this page it didn't load well.. it's just blank...... nothing pops up like internet explorer. Please advise what should i do?

I have followed the instruction to clear all my history and cookies and updated java.. But still, the page can't be loaded!!

more options

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
