adobe flashplayer can make only audio and black screen also,fulscreen is unavailable

help me,I can watch online drama since May,2012 and then after one month i can only watch if i turn full screen on ,if i turn full screen off my can only hear the sound. last two week my flash player can turn full screen on . i notice that the right click to turn full screen on is unavailable ,i don't know why , then i update my flash player 11 version and my problem can't solve! then i read so other issues on web and i downgrade my flash player 10.3 but still having that problem. i don't have real player either but my drama can be watch on Google Chrome but i prefer Mozilla Firefox than Google chrome . So i will really appreciate if u can solve my problem. thanks for giving me chance to ask u

What are the full screen permissions if you check them in Tools > Page Info > Permissions or on the about:permissions page via the location bar?

HELP ME ! yes.i select the box under that page info>permission>enter fullscreen> use default ! but it still didn't walk! i still having the audio access only and not video! when i click right click on that adobe screen i can only see 

#setting
  1. global setting
  2. adobe flash player 10.3.183.24

last two week i can turn full screen on by right clink on that black flash player screen> toggle full screen> then i can watch !

Hi all I have a simple solution to the black screen problem with YouTube videos in forums etc using firefox. I have tested and tried this method and it works.
