when drag the Firefox application to the "Trash" to uninstall Firefox, does not remove your user profile, which includes personal information such as bookmarks, passwords and cookies, to do that see: Removing user data and settings

is in here ~Library/Application Support/Firefox

also : Firefox also has a .plist file at ~/Library/Preferences/org.mozilla.firefox.plist to remove too

I am aware of the removal procedure. What I want to know is why Firefox does not remove all information related to the Application Firefox?
