Why are you stating you can't run in safe mode? Could you provide additional details please? Thanks
hello bmunch, from the crash report you've submitted it seems like the crash is malware related, the malicious file on your pc causing the crash is named fmlxriyo.dll (randomly generated filename).
according to reports from other users it should be detected by microsoft safety scanner and kaspersky security scan. if MalwareBytes didn't work for you, please also try those products:
I am sorry I was not more clear. I get the same crsh report when I attempt to start Firefox in safe mode.
I've run the MS security scanner and kaspersky and found no malware.

This crash is usually caused by to malware and the involved randomly named file in your case is fmlxriyo.dll as you can see in the modules list of the crash report.
Try to use MSConfig and disable that file to prevent it from getting started.
Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that allows to locate and remove the file either manually or with a malware scanner.
You will have to search the Windows registry (Ctrl+F) for references to that file and export and remove keys to avoid startup issues with missing files or use a registry cleaner (CCleaner).
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

My problem wasn't this type. However, I have M$ security essentials CO - installed with Raxco PerfectGuard antilogger, which enhances the earlier by adding several anti-logger function: anti-SSlogger, anti-clipboardlogger, anti-camlogger, anti-keyboardlogger, in addition to registry access "system protection". I am not aware of any problem with this arrangement yet, but want to know if this could cause problems. Raw troubleshooter data to follow: {
