java 7 update 17 not working in firefox 19

after updating to update 17, I can not use yahoo games anymore or any other site that uses java. I am running win 7 on my desktop. I never had this problem with java before. What can I do?

I have clicked on the red icon in the browser window, but when I go to yahoo games I get the classNotfoundexception error com.yahoo.games.client.poolapplet.

I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall a lower version and still nothing is working. I can not get one browser to work.

Do you have "Click to Play" enabled for plugins?

You can check the plugins.click_to_play pref(s) on the about:config page.
