This sounds like a problem with browser detection via the user agent and that fails with the current Firefox 20 version.

See this thread for a similar issue with the chase.com website and change the user agent for this website to Firefox/19.

You can create a new String pref on the about:config page to override the user agent for this domain.
You need to change xxx.com to the correct domain of this website.
