Whilst online what I am looking freezes with a box and message that plug-in has crashed and do I wish to stop it or continue. How can I resolve this issue ?

Does that message say which plugin has crashed?

No. I have since installed update to Flash player. Have not had a chance to test if it has helped. Will get back to you if I still need help. Many thanks.
