Нет в меню "Содержимое" отменя загрузки изображений начиная с 20-й версии браузера
В настройках приложения отсутствует возможность отключить автоматическую загрузку изображений. Начиная с 20-ой версии обозревателя в меню "Настройки" --> "Содержимое" на вкладке нет отключения данной загрузки контента. В 24 версии эта возможность так же отсутствует!!!

you can regain the option to disable Images (JavaScript etc) in the Options window with the next addon : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/settingsanity/
OR you can go to about:config, find(or copy/paste from here) the permissions.default.image , bouble-click on it and change the value to 2 (off) ( 1 is on)
