After login in sucessfully, firefox open on a blank page. Not totally blank but a lot fade with no contrast so i cannot close the mail.com window that is in front of my inbox. I tried this on multiple computer and with multiple different accounts with the same result.

With internet explorer, i am able to close the welcome window and access my inbox normally.

This problem is present for any firefox version iincluding 24.

Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

Greetings,

I have seen this issue mentioned before, and in an apparently unresolved archived thread as well. Having just joined mail.com myself, I also was experiencing this same issue, of course using Firefox--my #1 and only browser. This is what I did to fix it  : from the mail.com homepage, when you click on the field to enter your login id/email address, immediately below the field an option will appear to "turn SSL on" ....turn it on, login as normal. That is all. Fixed it for me.

Good luck!
