Where did the standard Google Images Search Provider go???…and OTHER big problems!!!

I just had to uninstall Firefox and remove all customization data (first backing up my cookies which I can NO LONGER IMPORT without a 3rd-party cookie manager and my bookmarks which I still can) because of two major issues: 1) Firefox freezes (waiting does NOT help) when you try to clear Browsing & Download History w/Range = Everything, and 2) The Search Tools menu item @ http://images.google.com/ stopped responding to mouse-clicks, preventing me from specifying that image sizes be displayed, and 3) Firefox stopped remembering Search Provider customizations (accursed Amazon, Bing, Yahoo, and Twitter refused to stay deleted)..... …And now I can't get back Google Images as what USED TO BE my default search provider because it no longer seems to exist! There's all this right-click Google Image Search crap, but no Google Images as a search provider in the Search bar.

hello gremlinkurst, google images has never been a default search provider for the search bar - you can install it through http://mycroftproject.com/search-engines.html?name=google+images+classic though...
