I am unable to get rid of the double lines on selected words, videos that pop up and surveys from bogus companies when I go to websites like AT&t & bank etc.
I have tried resetting, turning off all add ons but still unable to get rid of double underline on selected words and also videos that pop up automatically with adds.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
