Szeretnék több rubrikát az új fül oldalon mondjuk egy 4x4-est vagy valami hasonlót,de a lényeg,hogy több legyen mint 9.

Yes this can be changed: In order to change your Firefox Configuration please do the following steps :

In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
Search for browser.newtab.columns and browser.newtab.rows and double click the value to change 3 to 4.

i got it :) u forgot to write after browser.newtab to "page" and i didn't find it. Thank u
