Geez, chill out. There's no need to freak out. You're on the Beta channel of Firefox so there are features there that you won't normally see. They're still being tested. I, personally, enjoy this feature. Makes it easier for me.

To downgrade back to the release channel simply uninstall Firefox 32 and re-install Firefox 31 from the official download site

Note that uninstalling Firefox won't remove your personal information such as bookmarks, etc so you can downgrade risk-free. Just be sure to not click the checkbox that removes your personal data. (I think starting from Firefox 31 this option isn't available but not sure.)

The statement: I, personally, enjoy this feature. Makes it easier for me. Is a bullshit thing to say, it does not matter that you like it, i'm not you and i use firefox differently. The next thing is that trying to look like chrome is from my view point wrong, if you want to drive people to use chrome, then just do what you are doing now. with the head up in the ass.

I'm not here to argue with you. I know that not everyone will like the features coming into Firefox and not everyone will enjoy the visual UI. That's why Firefox is customizable with add-ons/extensions. Also, my statement is based on my viewpoint. It's clear that you hate it. I'm not presuming that you like it, but whatever. Also, please note that this is a technical support forum, not a general discussion forum used for discussing Firefox development decisions. See the Mozilla Support rules and guidelines.

Like I said, you're on Beta and you can downgrade back to Firefox 31 without losing any data. It's your choice to do it or not, but I'm not going to sit here and argue with you over a damn decision that I have no control over.

Okay? Thanks.

In your later (duplicate) thread, cor-el has some more information on this change for the next Release which will be Firefox 32.0 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1013406

Downgrading served what purpose when it was forced on us in v32? Honestly I don't mind it, I guess... I guess it should at least prevent the items from changing location on menu all the time! Just trying to find info on 3rd party A-Os adding themselves to it and more importantly preventing it. Guess I need to install a menu editor?

You can either fix this with the Classic Theme Restorer extension or with a style in userChrome.css or the Stylish extension.

@namespace url("https://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

See this for a solution with the userChrome.css file:

Offsprung,

You can try the Menu Wizard add-on for editing menus in Firefox. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/s3menu-wizard/

Works schweet for my purposes.

Thanks guys Guess the issue I had was it used to be called TAB menu and was moved to right click menu. Glad I did not need another menu editor, have to use one for status bar. Survived another update! HAPPY!
