all, I'll have 5 tabs open and it crashes and then I reopen it and 1 tab is listed and start over.

Based on your UA it looks as if you have a Samsung GT-P5210 Galaxy Tab 3.
One can rule out the Flash plugin at least for any crashes since the Flash plugin will not work on Intel Atom.
