Galaxy S4 - I am signed in & sync is enabled but no "Desktop Bookmarks" appears under "Bookmarks" (I know about this because my Verizon tablet syncs & works fine). The S4 has a current sync date, but no bookmarks appear, so WTF?

If you set up your tablet a while ago you might be on old sync. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-update-to-the-new-firefox-sync

As I said - the tablet is fine! It's the \Galaxsy S4 smartphone which is not syncing up.
