That documentation is for Desktop Firefox. It does not apply to Firefox for Android.

I think you will find that your cookie setting options on Android are more limited than on desktop, particularly when it comes to site-specific settings, but that could be because I just haven't found them yet...

I went to: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/mobile/fix-problems I then went to: 'Firefox Sync troubleshooting and tips' I followed the link to: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-sync-troubleshooting-and-tips#w_im-unable-to-sync-my-passwords-in-firefox-for-android I read: 'Firefox Sync resets every time I close Firefox':

1.Click the menu button  and choose Options 
      But (a)the  the menu button is 3 dots
             (b) there is no 'options'

The problem is your HELP is linking to a general page [not specific to android].
