I don't think automatic private browsing is available on Firefox for Android. When I tested adding the relevant preference from desktop Firefox, it didn't have any effect on Android. Maybe someone can create an add-on to do it?

This has been added to the release version of Firefox for Android. In the privacy settings 'Always clear when quitting' will add a quit menu item to the browser menu. When selecting quit Firefox will clear the data.
