I followed the suggestion of Mozilla to reset firefox. After firefox will boot up but then crashes right away. This is the code from my last crash report Crash ID: bp-8ee0f465-7c38-4f3e-b87a-afb192141114 I tried to just reinstall, but that didn't work.

There was no Facebook plugin in the internet plugin folder to remove. This is the most recent Crash ID: bp-e80b67aa-56bb-4ae5-9f6d-f8e0a2141114.
