I suppose it might not have been thorough enough if those three .js files are showing up, but I'm not quite sure on how to permanently get rid of them. I run my Malwarebtes and quarantined everything and it looks good after I do another run through to double check them.

However, once I restart Firefox, and then run it again, they seem to come back. Not quite sure what's causing it.

Help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Please try to run a variety of scans as some of the scanners will not pick up all of the viruses/malware. Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
