Last evening while creating a reply on email using one of my Frontier email accounts, the window suddenly 'miniaturized' and unable to read any text lines. All email in inbox, subfolders, etc is still there, just in such tiny size it can't be read. When I click on the Profile setting, everything is normal. I went on chat customer service for Frontier, and he did not have any answer, other than it must be a virus. He could not provide any information unique for Frontier email accounts. I tested the webmail account on Firefox for Yahoo, which is the host for any Frontier emails, and the email account was normal size and readable. I then opened up the Frontier emails in Microsoft Explorer, and all email accounts I have registered on Frontier.com email are normal. All email addresses function correctly at appropriate sized windows, folders, etc. Under Firefox, the emails are in miniature for all menus, inbox, subfolders, etc. Some text appears in a pop up when I hover the mouse, but otherwise completely unreadable. The issue appeared in an instant while typing an email reply message, so I surmise was a keyboard shortcut stroke or something similar while using the laptop (fat finger, or thumb/wrist hitting an area or key). Again, issue is only when logging into the Frontier emails using Firefox. Other webmail accounts I have for Yahoo and Juno are normal when using both Firefox or using Explorer.

Try { Ctrl + 0 } [that's a zero number] to reset the zoom level for that domain.
