When creating a new event, is there a way that the event can indicate the time zone within the When: field?

For Example: My conference calls (event invitations) are in the east coast time zone, but I organize conference calls for participants that are worldwide. It would be nice if the event invitation would include the time zone in the When: field, so individuals know what time to convert the start of the event.

Is this possible?

All times and date/times are in UTC when transmitted. So your Zone is converted to UTC for the email. The recipient gets a message showing the correct time for them as the UTC is converted to their time zone.
