FF crashes on me SEVERAL times during a day. I update Norton (which I was told causes this) every half hour AND FF at the same time. Doesn't matter one bit. I'm ready to jump ship but Chrome doesn't seem too user friendly. Please help.

Touching up the lipstick on a pig every half-hour doesn't make it any prettier does it?

Why would a person think that updating Norton every half-hour is going to fix a Norton / Symantec DLL file that is causing Firefox to crash is going to do anything positive?

One option you have is to get rid of Norton and use a different security suite. That will stop a Norton DLL from causing Firefox to crash.

symhtml.dll is part of Norton security software, so you need to check that and possibly contact Norton for support.
