Why are member photos on LinkedIn.com not visible when I use the Mozilla browser, but ARE visible on Internet Explorer?

I open my gmail account with mozilla.org and when I receive communication from or about a specific member on the LinkedIn website, I can see the photo in the email. But when I go to the members page on the LinkedIn website, their profile photo is always blank - on all the profiles. This problem just started a month or so ago. What am I doing wrong?
