I have free access to TrendMicro OfficeScan Agent on my laptop from my university employment account . It's been connecting fine until the last week. I've waited hoping it would eventually correct itself (as it has sometimes in the past) but it still does not have the signature large check-mark indicating it's connected -- it shows a box with 3 dots. Although it did recently do a scan of my computer.

Under AddOns>Extensions I tried enabling/disabling TrendMicro NSC Firefox Extension 5.82.0.1081 -- nothing changed. I refreshed Firefox, nothing changed.

Hi

The TrendMicro NSC Firefox Extension 5.82.0.1081 is additional software that was installed with your security package and may be out of date.

Given that this may have been supplied under a policy supported by your employer, I recommend you contact them to see if there is an updated copy of the software available that you should have installed on your machine.

I hope this helps but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
