I have read the forums, tried all the updates but every time I load a website with Flash, Firefox crashes. EVERY TIME! This doesn't happen with Chrome or IE (which I really dislike). Is Mozilla EVER going to fix this problem?

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
