This week I cannot upload videos to YouTube in Firefox but I still can in IE.

I have uploaded hundreds of videos to YouTube using my Acer desktop with Windows 7. This week the upload stopped working. Now it starts at Uploading )% and the little circle goes around then stops and starts. Nothing uploads even if I wait several hours. However I can upload the same video to YouTube on the same computer using Internet Explorer. I can also upload the same video on an HP desktop using Firefox and Windows Vista. In all cases all software is updated to the latest version available.

Update :

I have just gone back from Firefox 43.0.1 to Firefox 42.0 and everything works fine. So it is a problem with Firefox 43.0.1.

WARNING Firefox now automatically updates unless you switch off this option in Tools Advanced Updates.

The issue could be your protection programs. As a test, disable them.
