I shall try to save the URL to the page. However, I should also have the following question somewhere - different wording but same thing.. I cannot find it. My apologies for being so slow at mastering this site.

The mail still isn't coming in from Charter to Thunderbird. That is, some of it. Interestingly, all of the newsletters are coming in but personal letters or replies to questions I've sent to a company do not download. I have to go to Charter email web site to read them.
