When trying to update or do a new install I receive this message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Keazen oplossing

That sounds like an anti virus issue. try disabling it, reboot and then do the install.

Or

Run the install as administrator..
