Where has ''more tools'' gone from the customize settings?
In the latest up date I notice that a button called more tools has disappeared from my menu, when I clicked this it opened another window giving me access to more tools via the menu. When I go to customize from the menu the more tools button has gone from there too so I am unable to put it back. Where has it gone ?

Get More Tools is an item that appears in the drop-down list of the Developer Tools (wrench icon) in the 3-bar Menu button drop-down list.
Do you mean that item or an item that was added by an extension that stopped working?
Are there any disabled extensions on the about:addons page?
From the menu in the top right hand corner of fire fox, the hamburger menu, when it is clicked on a window would open showing short cut icons to print, history, options and add-ons etc. There used to be one that said more tools and if it was clicked on another window would open giving you access to more tools, now it is not there anymore.

That sounds like the customization panel that opens if you click the Customize link at the bottom of the 3-bar Menu button drop-down list.
