Do you mean on the built-in Firefox home page? For reference, that page loads if you type or paste about:home in the address bar and press Enter.

After you submit a search, the page you see is from your default search engine, which may be Yahoo, Bing, Google, etc. If you want to change the background on one of those, let us know what site it is.

There is an update available to Firefox. You can install it using the "About Firefox" dialog as described in this article: Update Firefox to the latest release.
