ALL my WEB BROWSERS CRASHING in LINUX?
I have a 256 mb PC and no matter what browser I choose Chrome, Firefox, and others but it still doesn't work.
I really hope that I can upgrade my PC's RAM so this stops happening.
So I ask anyone who reads this posts and knows about RAM, to please help me.
My computer is:
What I plan to buy is:
I just need to make sure I'm getting the right RAM. I'm kind of new to computing especially hardware wise.
Thanks in advance :)

Please provide details of the problem. More then it still doesn't work.
Hi WindowsLinuxlover, Sorry you are having problems with Firefox, but I think you probably first of all need advice from elsewhere about computers. Pleases note Firefox system requirements

Recommends 1/2 GB RAM
You seem to be posting from a Windows10 machine. Look at the specs of that compared to the one you are asking about. With only 1GB RAM you may struggle to do much even with Linux, but on 1/4 GB you may have difficulty finding any suitable & secure software. I am not sure your selected memory is likely to work. Looking at the link you provided I ask myself should it be 2x 1/2GB not 2x 1GB ?
You mention RAM labelled as from Crucial. Their site offers advice on memory, it has a Knowledge Base and compatibility checks by either running a tool or giving details look for instance at

Incidentally I would think it likely that memory bought elsewhere with their label on may well be recycled stuff, that makes having a guarantee or a returns policy even more important.
For someone migrating from Windows XP and a low spec machine 1GB RAM possibly consider Mint or Puppy. Some potentially helpful links

We cannot discuss general computer problems and OS comparisons here. It is outside the scope of the forum, but I have at least tried to give you links to other information that may help you. If you have a working browser you may well find other links more appropriate to your own needs.
