Currently when I take screenshot of specific dom element via inspector, it get saved in Downloads folder. How do I change this to different folder?

Check the settings of the program/add-on saving the file.

This is firefox built in feature, not addons. And there is no setting everywhere.

If you need more options like a delay or saving the image to the clipboard then you can use the Developer toolbar and invoke the screenshot command.
