Hi All ,Thunderbird has suddenly become very slow to send emails... Havent changed anything.. Not very advanced user so would appreciate any ideas. I am on Windows 10 which I upgraded to from Windows 8.1 on my laptop. This was a while ago so cant be that which caused the problem. Thanks

Please explain 'very slow'.

It used to just zap off an email. Now it seems to take a few seconds to think about it before it goes. The green bar comes on and seems to sit for a while. [probably not ages .. just seems a while after being used to it going immediately.

Could be something with your email provider's server. What's your account type - POP or IMAP?
