How can we reinstall Thunderbird to our desktop and keep our email account if we can't remember our password?
We lost power to our computer and have to reload everything. We don't have the original password for prshiels@charter.net to open our Thunderbird account. We can't receive emails on this computer to reset a new password. We do receive emails on our Android phones through Chrome at prshiels@charter.net if that helps any.

Contact your email provider to reset your email password. Thunderbird has nothing to do with email passwords. Most providers have an password reset link on their email help page.
