Cannot upload pics to ebay, picture file opens, select pic, get "uploading" and working grapic animates.....................forever, and nothing uploads. Been on to ebay, they say nothing wrong with my account. I have always used firefox browser, and use ebay quite a lot. Any ideas?

Keazen oplossing

Hello phil.hermetic, I understand that there is a never ending uploading error on a particular website. I would first ask if there are any issues with the format of the image uploading, what is it and is it supported?

Second is it working in other browsers? If not, it might be an internet security option. If yes, try a Firefox Refresh: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Hi Guigs, It is a 2.5mb Jpeg, and I have tried other random images, nothing seems to upload. also tried using shrinkpic to reduce the image size, no different. I will try refresh and reset and get back to you with the result! Thanks, Phil

Yes!! that cured it, strange though because I thought I had done this already (twice) but this time it has also restored the user/pass storing system, which was greyed out before. Thanks for your trouble, well happy! Phil.
