The general consensus is that there are ads on popular sites redirecting users to that page, that this does not usually indicate malware on your system. These on-demand scanners are free and take considerable time to run. If they finish quickly and especially if they require payment, you may have a serious infection. By the way there has been a new legit Firefox Release as Firefox 48.0 was Released on Aug 2nd as you appear to be still using 47.0.1. You can update in Firefox to 48.0 or by download from say www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
