Checked to see if I had latest version of Firefox, Did, Clicked on Refresh button and my blog disappeared

I already have need for help posted on community. I was asked if I had latest version of Firefox. Checked w/ Mozilla. I do. Clicked on "refresh Firefox" and my blog disappeared. What do I do now? Blog is www.americanelephant.wordpress.com. Previous problem (unsolved) is that my "Add Media" button and "Publish " button disappeared from my New Post page. I had a response and was instructed to check to see if I had the latest version of Firefox.

I don't see mention of "checking", just a question about if your problem started after an update or if it happened "out of the blue".
