I have been asked to type in press write but can,t find it?
A lady has asked to respond on Facebook, I do not know how so I asked her to tell me. She wrote press write, type in your message, and press send. I cannot find this write button or send?????

You are apparently using a Windows XP Desktop computer. Your friend may be using a similar computer or something different including some sort of smartphone.
If the person is using Facebook Messenger you may not be able to use that on a Windows XP desktop computer, but that does not stop you using Facebook. Happy112 has already given you some links here are some others you may find useful.
