Is it possible to remove a personal photo from the account I lost access to?

I have an old account on addons.mozilla.org to which I can't get access anymore, even though I have the login information from the time I was using it a few years ago. The system doesn't recognize my email when I try to restore the access by asking for a password change link (I'm certain it's the right email address). That old account has my personal photo as the public account picture and I want it to be removed. I tried reporting that old account asking to remove the picture, but nothing seems to be happening. Is there a way to restore the access to that account or to have it deleted or have the picture removed? Thanks in advance!
