We are having problems with accessing Fedex.com from several computers. No isue with Chrome. Any Ideas?

Issue with accessing Fedex.com started on Friday. We can access the site by going to Fedex.com, but we cannot login. If we click on tracking, we then go to their site, and can login through that path.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache and
  • Remove Cookies
