Why can't I "print at Home" anymore from American Greetings web site?

more options

I used the American Greetings website to print all sorts of cards...also used the Print At Home option...I am unable to use the Print At Home option anymore...Why? I have Adblock and Adblock Plus... might it have something to do with either of them? I can understand what would prevent me from printing at home anymore.....anyone have a suggestion?? Thank you!

According to their help page:

Print at Home is a flash based online product and does not require you to download a plug in.

When I look at the plugin information your Firefox provided to the forum, there are two entries:

  • Flash
  • Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

The second one is the normal one; the first one is... I have no idea what that is.

Could you type or paste about:plugins in the address bar and press Enter to load a page with full details about both plugins? Then you can copy/paste what you see about that unexpected entry and we should be able to better assess how to remove it so that only the official Flash plugin runs.
