What are you calling the File bar?

The Menu Bar has the File menu, so if the Menu Bar is hidden as normal hit the Alt key to show the Menu Bar then hit the F key to open the File menu.

The Menu Bar has the File menu, so if the Menu Bar is hidden as normal hit the Alt key to show the Menu Bar then hit the F key to open the File menu.
