I often refer to the name of files that customers send me as email attachments. The filenames be long and full of underscores, hyphens, upper and lower case letters.. They're easy to copy incorrectly and a real pain in general. It would be super awesome to have the option to right click on an attachment and copy the filename to the clipboard. Is there any add on that will help with this or any easy way to get filenames of attachments on the clipboard?

Thanks for your assistance!

I see your point. If I come across an addon, I'l post info.

My current workarounds without opening the attachment: Method 1: Select email in list to see the attachment in opened email. click on 'More' and select 'View Source' Copy and paste filename. Close source window.

Method 2: Select email in list to see the attachment in opened email. right click on attachment on select 'Save as' This will auto put the filename in the 'File name' text box. Copy and paste filename. click on 'Cancel'.
