Backup and restore not transferring all file groups
I have Email groups for myself and my wife in BT and Sky, plus a couple of extra ones and one group called Local Folders I have a desktop PC and a Laptop, and wanted to update the laptop folders/files after a reboot of the laptop. I used Mozbackup to put a copy of all Thunderbird files onto a USB file, plugged into the Laptop and Mozbackup again to load the folders and Emails to the Thunderbird copy on it. On starting Thunderbird, all that shows on the screen is a heading "Local Folders" with it's list of folders. I cannot select my Folders or my wife's - there is just nowhere to select them.

Thanks for the prompt advice. I didn't realise Mozbackup was no longer useful ! I prodded around a bit, and found in Accounts (blue selection to tap) I could see all the settings for my Sky accounts - but strangly there was no trace of any BT accounts ! Couldn't persuade any sky accounts to go left and show folders !! I will go to that website you provided and hopefully can transfer a full copy of my settings and stored Emails for Sky and BT. Thanks again. Compound65
