Happens when I play Dark Dimensions, happens sometimes when reading news on Yahoo!. This only happens when I am using the browser - I do not use Internet Explorer, and Firefox is my default browser. This just started happening on 12/9/17. The computer goes black and then reboots. Sometimes a blue screen, but not usually. I have checked Windows Event Viewer and can't make any sense of why this is happening.

Hi. I checked and Firefox is up-to-date with latest version. In the Help/Troubleshooting Information Page/Accessibility section accessibility was set to false, but I still went to Options/Privacy and Security panel/Permissions and the setting to prevent accessibility services from accessing my browser was unchecked, so I checked it and restarted Firefox. Then I went and played Dark Dimensions for 25 minutes and no crash! So I think this fixed it. If it happens again I will try the other suggestions. Thank you!

Please update to 57.0.2 if have not done so : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version fix is in there.

Check to see if fix worked : Go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Help ? --> Troubleshooting Information Page and take a look in the Accessibility section if accessibility is set to "true" there. if yes, go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Options --> Privacy & Security panel and under Permissions check the setting to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser. Restart Firefox

If still having issues : You could try this please : Go the Menu then Tools --> Options --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 0 = No Multi-proccesor = slow again. TRY 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please.
